Great customer service by rep Keon. A detailed and thorough report of issue with my vehicle. It was fixed quickly and diagnostics were able to be performed that could not be done elsewhere. This was my second experience with Honda Service Center in Annapolis.

We always get taken care of here and they are incredibly patient while understanding. There are 2 members within my family that service our vehicles here and they always.. ALWAYS work with us.
